1. Delivery Timeframes
We process and dispatch all orders within 1-2 business days. Once dispatched, standard delivery across India takes approximately 3-7 business days depending on your location. Deliveries to remote areas may take slightly longer.
2. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and the total weight of the order. We occasionally offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly indicated during checkout.
3. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to track your shipment. You can also view your order status in your account dashboard.
