Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled if they have not yet been dispatched from our warehouse. Once an order is handed over to our delivery partners, it cannot be canceled. To request a cancellation, please email us immediately at rakhicentral.info@gmail.com with your Order ID.
2. Returns
Due to the traditional and seasonal nature of Rakhis, we do not accept returns once the product has been successfully delivered, unless you have received a defective or completely incorrect item.
3. Refunds for Defective Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by sending an email with photo evidence. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
4. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received a refund within the specified timeframe, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you've done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at rakhicentral.info@gmail.com.
